For online purchases, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.
If approved, returns are issued as store credit to the email used at checkout. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- Tags must be attached and intact.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors.
- Items must be free from damage and staining.
Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size/style, please place a new order if available.
International returns may be limited depending on destination and carrier restrictions.
☑︎ ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Need to update your address or cancel an order? If your order is eligible, changes must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order using the order status link from your confirmation email.
After the update window, orders may already be processing and changes are not guaranteed. Contact support as soon as possible if you missed the window.
We do not process size swaps. If you need a different item, cancel within the allowed window (if eligible) and place a new order.
🚚 SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Most ready-to-ship items dispatch within 3–5 business days. During launches/peak periods, processing may take longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping transit time does not include processing time. International delivery speed varies by destination and carrier.
❓ LOST / MISSING PACKAGES

We strongly recommend adding package protection at checkout (if available). It’s the easiest way to resolve lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first.
If your package was delivered more than 30 days ago, we may be unable to assist with missing-package claims.
👖 DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We may request photos to review the issue and help with a resolution.
Please report delivery-related damage as soon as possible so we can properly investigate with the carrier.
⚡ E-GIFT CARD

E-gift cards are delivered by email and are not physical cards. They can be redeemed online at checkout.
Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded. If you experience issues redeeming a gift card, contact support.
👁 COUNTERFEIT / IMITATION SITES

Be cautious of imitation websites and look-alike URLs. These sites often use similar spelling and product images to mislead buyers.
For your safety, only trust communications and order confirmations that come from sp5derworlwide.com and our support email.
If you believe you purchased from a suspicious website, contact your payment provider immediately to request assistance.
👕 ITEM LIMIT POLICY

To help keep releases fair and inventory available, we may limit quantities per item and/or per order. Orders that exceed limits may be adjusted or cancelled.
⏱ MADE-TO-ORDER LEAD TIMES

If an item requires additional production time, the estimated lead time will be listed on the product page.
Lead time does not include shipping transit time. If you need to cancel a made-to-order item, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order (when possible).
📏 SIZING

Size guides are shown on product pages when available. If you’re between sizes, consider the fit notes in the description and reach out to support for help.
★ PUFF PRINT CARE

Puff print requires gentle care. Natural wear and minor cracking can occur over time, but proper washing helps extend life.
- Wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- Turn garment inside out.
- Do not bleach.
- Air dry when possible (or tumble low).
- Avoid ironing directly on printed areas (no steam on print).
- Store without folding the print when possible.
★ RHINESTONE CARE

Rhinestones are delicate. To keep stones secure, avoid harsh detergents and aggressive washing.
- Spot clean when possible.
- If washing, use cold water + gentle detergent.
- Turn inside out before washing.
- Do not use pre-wash sprays that can weaken adhesive.
- Lay flat to dry. Avoid high heat.
- Do not iron over rhinestones.
